What we collect and why
Your name, state, LGA, photograph and voluntary support attestation are required for membership administration and your card. Email and telephone are optional. The attestation records your voluntary political support. We record registration time, administrative changes and image-job status. We do not request national identification, voter or bank information.
Your choices and access
Your attestation is unchecked by default. Declining it means membership cannot be created. Personal member data is accessible to that member and authorised administrators. Public verification returns only whether an ID is valid; it does not display a name, photo or contact information. Administrators may export records for authorised administration. Downloaded cards include your name, photograph and location. Published leadership profiles contain only the picture, name, post and caption approved by administrators.
Image processing
If you explicitly use the Image Studio, your browser crops and compresses the selected photograph before it is sent to our server. With your separate consent, that prepared image and the campaign logo are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI for editing. Registering alone does not send photographs to Cloudflare. Model outputs can be inaccurate or rejected. Review the provider’s current processing and retention terms before enabling or using this feature. Images are not automatically published to social media.
Retention and protection
Member files are stored outside the public folder and require an authorised session. The default retention period is 365 days from registration, after which the scheduled retention task removes expired membership records and related files. Source photos for completed, failed or review-pending image jobs are removed after seven days. Encrypted off-site backups should expire within 30 days and may temporarily retain deleted data until expiry. Website content and approved leadership pictures are retained until an administrator removes them.
Correction, withdrawal and deletion
Use your member dashboard to request correction or deletion, including withdrawal of your attestation. Administrators review requests and remove membership records and associated files when deletion is approved. You may also contact the configured privacy contact. Keep your recovery key private; losing it requires manual identity review by the movement.
Cookies
A necessary session cookie maintains sign-in and form security. No advertising trackers or third-party analytics are included.
Operator review before launch
The operator must confirm its controller details, lawful processing basis, provider arrangements, retention period and applicable Nigerian data protection obligations. This notice describes the implemented data flows and requires operator approval.
